AES Newsletter September 2010 September 08, 2010 |
| Dear < I have just two things to tell you about in this Newsletter. 1) Earl Senchuk's invention, the Solar Vortex Generator 2) Mike Denby's Green Jobs Guide and Energy Auditing Opportunities 1) Earl Senchuk Earl Senchuk, an amazing artist and inventor, contacted us a month ago or so. He wanted to draw to our attention his Solar Vortex Generator invention. Now, we get a lot of green inventions presented to us, but we think this one has outstanding promise. Earl certainly believes so and he has entered his invention in the Ecomagination contest. This is run by GE, putting up $200M in funding for development of promising projects! Now, Earl's is one of, presently, some 1,800 ideas, but we think it is outstanding. All we ask is that you check out his idea here (scroll down to Solar Vortex Generator) and vote for his idea here. We all know the planet needs such great ideas to get us off the fossil fuel drip and lower greenhouse gas emissions.Thank you! It's one way you can make a difference! 2) Green jobs Now, secondly, here's some valuable opportunities for our readers. We regularly receive questions about the green jobs market. Like: Can I make a living with them? What are they anyway and where can I find a green job? We have partnered with Denby Energy (online energy audit training) for some time. Over the last year Mike Denby has received important industry recognition and is offering his courses with seamless add-on training for those who want to take it further (RESNET/BPI). Opportunity one is that he is offering a guide to green jobs – why exactly they represent a great opportunity. You can get it here, free. Mike is an engineer and a teacher, and not a salesman, as you see in his video. But we believe in his courses. And so do his students. We have done the Denby course ourselves and it is a quality piece of energy education. The second opportunity here is that he is letting selected people and companies sell his online courses. You may want to take a look at the benefits here. Even if you have no website! Make no mistake, what Mike offers is generous and unique in this area. OK, that's it for this Newsletter. Have a great day! Erik Leipoldt AlternateEnergySources.com You received this email because you signed up to receive the Alternative Energy Sources Newsletter(AES Newsletter). As my site develops I will tell you about any opportunities to get better informed about alternate energy sources and global warming. AND about things you can do.
