alternative energy grants for public schools

I'm looking specifically for solar and wind turbine grants for individual public school facilities. Any thoughts??

Yes there are grant programs for solar and wing energy for public schools. The only federal program is the USDA - Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) Grants which can cover 25% of project costs in grant or loan moneys.

Various States have programs too so if you want that information, please supply details of your location.
