Can I get a Grant in the UK, for developing a system to tap energy from ocean waves?

I think I have a feasible idea to economically tap energy from ocean waves but I am in need of financial and a bit of technical assistance. I am a UK citizen and where can I get the help from?

There is the BIG Lottery Fund. It allocates, at substantial moneys from The National Lottery from its Bio-Energy Capital Grants Scheme (BECGS). You can call them on 0845 410 2030 or go to the BIG website here BIG website.
