Construction money for solar mfg. plant

by Patty
(Phoenix, AZ.)

Can anyone direct me to current sources for construction money for solar manufacturing plants? I rep a new hybrid panel that will out perform the market by a significant margin. Need to get a plant built to begin making in USA.

Thanks

There was a federal project called Qualifying Advanced Energy Manufacturing Investment Tax Credit that allowed you to get 30% of your qualified investment as a grant. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (H.R. 1)

No more...

The U.S. Treasury Department, in consultation with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is no longer accepting applications for this tax credit. The applications were due to DOE by September 16, 2009, with final applications due to DOE October 16, 2009. Only applicants accepted and ranked by the DOE were allowed to submit final applications to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by December 16, 2009. See a list of approved projects (announced in January).

Get on the phone to them!
