I'm a homeowner in California Tri Valley Area (San Juaquin County). I'm looking to do my part in Solar Energy independence and looking for a Grant. Can you help me?

However, Berkeley, Palm Desert and Sonoma County have implemented local programs using a property tax financing mechanism (PACE)to fund residential solar. Might be worth alerting its existence to your county. See here.
