Development of solar electric construction truck

Water and fuel/lube trucks are used at building and road construction sites. They are powered by diesel or gas.
Seek funds to develop a working prototype of a truck that is primarily powered by solar converted to electric. Gas and diesel are now back ups.
Truck would be used in the sunny states-AZ,NM,CO, southern CA,east Tx. OK, FL
Seeking grant money to develop prototype.
