Does anyone know of any solar grants available in Hawaii?

Does anyone know of any legitimate solar grants available in Hawaii ...that I don't have to send off for a book that costs money and will most likely lead me nowhere? I'm also interested in a U.V water catchment grant - if anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Sue, that is if you are talking about a commercial, industrial or agricultural proposition. the U.S. Department of Treasury - Renewable Energy Grants program is an option.
