We are starting a solar company and I would like to know more about what, if any, requirements there would be to get certified to become a home energy auditor in Colorado and who offers the best courses for this area. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Tyson

Dear Tyson,
Thanks for your question. There are no state level requirements for being an Energy Auditor. All you need is the training and then to get certified by a company like Denby Energy. Denby Energy provides several ways to get people trained and certified in home energy auditing. First, they offer a digital download course that you can do on your own schedule. Second, they offer their virtual-academy with video training and voice over that you can do on your own schedule. Finally, they offer live training where you can come to the classroom (or tune in via-live webinar) and get trained live. Additionally, Denby Energy offers group rates for businesses that purchase multiple training packages. Denby Energy is an excellent turn-key training program that covers training, certification and marketing to give your business the essentials to take advantage of the incredible growth in the green energy market. Denby Energy has over 100 certified auditors across the United States.
If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
