Energy Grants

We are a small committee run village hall which is in need of updating/restoring. Our plan is to install solar paneling to claim the FIT and use the revenue made to support a heating system, which will be installed after having the hall insulated. It was built in the 1920's to commemorate the men who fell in WW1 and still has many of the original features.

We realise that we are unable to have the FIT if the grant is government money, so is there anybody who knows of any grants that we may be able to access other than the lottery. We are a registered charity and have raised £8000 locally. Estimated project costs are £65,000

Perhaps the Garfield Weston Foundation can help.
