Dear Sir/ Madam,

RE: PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR SUPPORTING SOLAR ELECTRICITY TO THE COMMUNITY IN MBEYA REGION.

This is an inquire letter for funds solicitation for the Project Proposal to support the community in Mbeya Region with Solar Electricity. We want to know whether our project can be eligible or cannot be eligible for financial support if submitted to you.

Our project proposal is about supporting Solar Electricity to the disadvantaged (poor) people whose poverty level are the ultimate consequences of the AIDS disease. The people involved are Orphans, Widowed, and Old people who are living in Mbeya Region in Tanzania. The project can cost up to GB.£277,800.00. But small amount can also help to solve part of the entire project.

Our company is a private and for profit registered company, but also VAT exempted. Although we are for profit company, we are devoted to carry and perform projects which are 100% funded or jointly funded by the donor and project beneficiaries i.e. community. By so doing we are participating in the implementation of the Millennium Development Goal (MDG. 1. A, B & 7.A) which is about combating the poverty, increasing jobs to all, and making the environment friendly to the live hood.

We have a good experience in working with the community in installing solar electricity to our clients in both rural and urban areas. We are asking whether we can submit our project proposal and whether our project proposal can be eligible to receive a financial support from U.S. Embassy.

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely Yours

HAMZA HASSAN LEMA
