Grants for a new solar farm in Wisconsin

Wondering if anyone knows of available grants for building a solar and/or wind farm on 12 acres in WI? It is just open acreage and not a home or business. You would think with the emphasis on going green and on new energy options that NOW would be the time that something would be available to help.
