Grants for solar energy in Wisconsin

I'm wanting to supply solar power to my home in order to decrease my energy usage and costs, but I am unable to do this without getting some assistance. Would like to know where to apply for some grants(state and/or federal) to offset the cost of installing a solar system. Any help in what direction to go would be appreciated.
