Grants to get training to start business

My brothers and I are looking to start an energy auditor business. They are both currently unemployed and I am currently supporting my family making 24,000 a year. Needless to say our resources are nil for training required and equipment. Who would we contact to get grants for the training and maybe a loan to start the business?

We are unfortunately not aware of grants in this area.
