Green energy camp orientation for high schoolers

My son is very interested in generating green energy. He is entering 11th grade at the local high school this year and I would like him to familiarize himself with possible career options this summer. Is there an energy camp or green building project for teens somewhere?

Thank you for your time and advice. Best regards,

Elke

Hi Elke,

You did not indicate where you live so here are a few options. The long-established Wolfridge Environmental Learning Camp includes a Renewable Energy Camp at Finland, MN.

The Sierra Nevada College at Lake Tahoe does so too.

Or you might consider the
Longacre Leadership Program at Newport, PA.

Hope this helps

Please let us know how you go.
