I want to start a micro wind solar company.

I want to start a micro wind solar company. I have all the information; however, I need start up capital this would not be very much 20,000 at most. This would cover the middle market systems around 3 to 5 thousand dollars compared to 15,000 or more cost of the systems that are out there. I live on Maui so all of our power comes from burning mostly diesel and a little coal. We desperately need the middle market to take up the green cause for those on limited income an do not wish to go into debt for thousands of dollars. I hope someone can direct me to he help I need to help others.
