Low Head hydro development Grant and photovoltaic invention development

by Chet
(NH USA)

I have a backyard stream with an existing five ft.cement dam I would like to harness at least 9mo. of the year by installing a ram pump and a high preasure generator system and selling the power directly to the power Co. Would like a grant for this.

I also have a plan to construct a light amplification system utilizing solar panels, inverters , chargers and batteries of an experimental untested design which I would like grant moneys to construct and develop. Where can I apply for development grant?

Perhaps the USDA - High Energy Cost Grant Program would be of assistance with the small hydro power idea.

As for the light amplification system we are not aware of any grants.

Can anyone help here?
