My parents need funding to convert their home and business. Please help?

Does anyone have reliable info on how to obtain grants to convert to solar energy? We own an rv park and restaurant with a duplex on-site and our energy bills are from $850.00 mo. to $2,500.00 mo. We have no money that isn't spent on these bills and operational capital.

I don't know if you're eligible for the Rural Development Program through which Big Shavings in Montana obtained a $50,000 grant to modify their processes to renewable. Worth checking out?
