Portable solar powered light plant with LED lighting development grant

This unit uses full cut off LED lighting, no light pollution, greatly reduces glare and improves safety for drivers at these sites. The unit also reduces it's carbon footprint the more it is used. Very little to no maintenance, easy to move and setup, lower overall cost. The unit working concept mock-up model has been displayed and in use, need grant assistance in funding production of 3 test units for install at check points to be tested and evaluated for 3 to 6 months.
