Renewable Energy Community Building - Bringing Projects And Funders Together

Sponsored links

Renewable energy community building is going on all around us. Great!

We may read about the biggest solar energy farm here, or the greatest-capacity-ever wind farm there. Usually featured in rich Western countries.

But perhaps the most important renewable community building is happening in the so-called developing countries. In Africa, Asia, India and South America for example.

There the need is often urgent, making a difference between illness or health, a future or no future at all. Many community groups seek a way out of poverty, away from the stranglehold of rising fuel and food prices. Renewable energy community building. Bringing support to projects But they are also mindful of the destruction of their countries and people if done in the same way that has brought us to the brink of a global warming catastrophe and a socially impoverished world.

We need to do things differently and not repeat mistakes.

Local groups that want to go solar, wind and save energy with new technology need access to funds and know-how to get them off the ground. AlternateEnergySources.com often hears from such groups who need support.

So now we have decided that one way in which we can help is by bringing together the renewable community building projects and the funders.

By sharing what we know among ourselves and showing here on this site what the projects are that we are involved in, we may bring supporters and projects together.

Here it is...
