Renewable Energy Grants and Incentives Financing in Cameroon

Please,I would like to know if the Cameroon Government or any international organization is giving grants for renewable energy projects in Cameroon.I will also need to know the laws guiding this sector and how an investor may benefit from this financing/grants /incentives.
