Renovating Communities and helping Single parent families
by efedema
(Atlanta, GA)
I am interested in renovating apartment buildings and homes using sustainable products such as cork floors, solar power for tenants.
I would like to incorporate green into some of the inner city and rural areas of smaller cities. I would like to turn some of those places that people call a bad area into a place that turned for the better with green. I would like to have shared gardens so people can get fresh vegetables right in their backyard.
These properties would provide places for transitional homes for the homeless and assist single families getting and learning to live green.
I would like have a company that will be a consultant to others about taking care of the environment and start really taking recycling serious.
So does anyone have any ideas about how to get started? Looking for grants to help me do this.
