We need to get off the grid we have a small farm. Energy costs have forced us to sell off most our horses. We need to get off the grid and get our boarding business back up and running. Please help.

These people, Les and Jane, have been there and done it. They live 100% off grid. They will give you email support with their how-to guides on DIY solar and wind energy. Go to their page here

Perhaps there are grants to help you do it. For example the

Furthermore Grants.gov might be worth consulting for any more general support grants, including for renewable energy. And/or look at
purchasing this general comprehensive grants guide.
