Looking for help finding money to provide solar energy electric power to low income mentally ill persons living in apartment complexes. I would like to cover our roofs and covered parking with solar panels and then connect to the power company through the apartment renters' meters thereby reducing their electric bills. These people are predominantly mentally ill people living independently on very low incomes. We are a non profit operating entirely from rent revenues and donations.
