Hi Donna,
Why don't you contact the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA) - Grants people
here. The Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA) accepts funding applications for projects that provide support for innovative, advanced energy projects, and for businesses interested in locating or expanding their alternative-energy manufacturing or production operations in Pennsylvania. Does that cover you?
Applications are open to corporations, partnerships, associations and other legal business entities; nonprofits; Pennsylvania colleges and universities; and any Pennsylvania municipality and any public corporation, authority or body. $16M was on offer in 2010. Contact them and if not a fit with your proposal they may well be able to refer you to other sources.
Your grant-seeking experiences will be valuable to others so please come back here to tell us about them.
Regards,
