PACE financing allows property owners to borrow money to pay for energy improvements.

The Assisted Home Performance Program provides grants to low-income home owners for up to 50% of costs for energy efficient improvements.

EmPower New York is similar in providing cost-effective electric reduction measures. these include replacement of refrigerators and installation of high efficiency lighting and also insulation, air sealing and heating system repair or replacement.

Of course the Federal Weatherization Assistance Program is also there to enable low-income families to permanently reduce their energy bills by making their homes more energy efficient.

Please search for any further incentives.

Hope this helps
