Solar or wind Power Grants for a Rural Youth Ranch

We have a 40 acre ranch for trouble teens in southeastern Arizona. Our wells are over 450 ft deep and we use a tremendous amount of energy to pump water. In addition, we have sunshine 95% of the year, but cold temperatures (20 deg F) during the winter.

We are seeking grants to lower our energy costs, and/or go off grid.
