Solar Panel Grant Needed for Summer Camp

(North Carolina)

Camp Rockfish Summer Camp & Retreat Center in North Carolina is looking for a grant to purchase & maintain enough solar panels to go "off the Grid" Our camp is dedicated to sustainable living practices and fostering an appreciation for Nature in children & adults alike. If you have a grant or know of one that we can apply for, we would very much appreciate the information.

Assuming yours is a commercial operation, try the North Carolina Green Business Fund here. Both commercial operators and non-profits are eligible for grants up to $500,000. The aim is to provide incentives for innovation in renewable energy but you might be able to stretch your purpose, or at least use them as a first stop for more information.
