state and govt grants to convert to solar

I have two homes that I divide my time between; One in Louisiana and one in Tennesse.

I would like to convert both of my homes to total solar energy. What state and government grants are available to me? What is the percentage that these grants typically cover?

It is not possible to say what perccentage of cost is usually covered. Incentive schemes change regularly and it depends of what type they are (energy saving, renewable energy, weatherizationn etc).
