I didn't bother reading this entire post because it starts with a glaring fallacy.

That is the argument that if somebody makes money, somebody else has to lose it. Capitalism is not a zero sum game... It it were, he'd be living in a cave, or sleeping in a tree, as all our ancestors once did.

Where does he think all those materials gains came from? They came from people motivated by personal gain. duh. Call it greed, if you like. And did the guy who invented the wheel or fire out of greed for a better life deprive others by so doing? No, everybody gained, ...

Get comfortable with capitalism: if there's any hope of a better environment, capitalists will invent it.
