The PA Home Energy (West Penn Power) - Home Efficiency Incentives has $200 to $1000 incentives for new equipment such as Solar Water Heat, Photovoltaics.

The program is intended to help Pennsylvania consumers reduce their home energy use.

The DCED - High Performance Building Incentives Program gives Residential loans/loan guarantees up to $100,000 for projects that achieve applicable LEED Gold certification (e.g., LEED for Homes). It also provides Grants to the lesser of 10% of project costs or $500,000. Homes must be primary residences in order to be eligible.
